I will say that I never did go back to the boxing gym, or any other gym for that matter. I hurt for three days, and I don't think I'll ever recover mentally. My wife goes three days a week. She loves it. She owns her own boxing gloves (pink), is able to do push-ups, not the girl kind with the knees on the floor, but man push-ups and punches extremely hard. I've very proud of her, and happy for her as well. She found something that she really enjoys. Now I just need to find some good arm pads. *** UPDATE ***
