Due to illness in my family, non-Baconnaise related, we missed out on burger night. But rest assured, burger night is coming, and I will expand on the review then. Stay Tuned!

OH, and there are only 3g of fat/serving in Baconnaise Lite, as well as only 5mg of Cholesterol... not that I really watch that stuff, but I'm sure it means something to someone.

The goal, this evening in-fact, is to have it on a burger... I promise I'll post my burger review on monday (here in the comments) for all to see. But I suggest anyone who likes bacon and mayo to at least try Baconnaise!

John

Let me first state that I do not like Bacon nor Mayonnaise... that being said.

There are lots of people that do like Bacon and Mayonnaise.

The biggest fact is that both Bacon and Mayonnaise are both very bad for you. Both are loaded with cholesterol and fat.

The final straw is putting even a little bit of Baconnaise on a BLT is ridiculous overkill...

I vote for a rematch... Let's try it on a non-Bacon based sandwich. Try a Turkey or Pastrami sandwich... I want to know if this "topping" is good on anything else...
