Baconnaise Cheeseburger

by John Nemec on February 4th, 2010

The other night we had Baconnaise Cheeseburgers for dinner. I thought it would be nice to share my recipe. These can also be eaten without cheese and/or Baconnaise.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Onion Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/3 cup A1
  • ¼ cup Worchester Sauce
  • 1lb Hamburger
  • 1 Large Egg
  • Baconnaise
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)

Directions

Combine hamburger, A1, Worchester Sauce, Onion Salt, Garlic Powder, Egg and Salt and Pepper to taste into a mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix with hands until hamburger is moist. Create 4 even sized patties.

Cook burgers how you like them, on what you like (grill, skillet, etc.). Near the end of the cooking process place one slice of cheese on top of each burger.

Put on bun with Baconnaise or your favorite toppings. Eat and enjoy.

If you try my recipe, let me know what you think. I don’t actually measure the ingredients when I cook, so they are just approximates. But try more or less to taste.
